It’s time to close the doors!” After 10 years at the heart of this industry, first in custom publishing and now content marketing, Fergus is fascinated by the change it is going through. His passion lies in the commercials behind each project: how Edge can drive a profitable return for its clients and leverage the owned media it creates via sponsorship and partnerships. Fergus is the co-author of ADMA’s Content Marketing white paper and his views on content marketing have been extensively published by B&T, BRW, AdNews and Mumbrella. He has enjoyed speaking at conferences and business forums, such as ad:tech Sydney, Online Retailer Conference, B&T MAD Week and the CMO Summit, and driving the content agenda.

Who would play you in a film? Harrison Ford in Indiana Jones, obviously.

If you were planning a music festival, who – dead or alive – would be your headliner? AC/DC.

You're given an airplane ticket to anywhere in the world – where do you choose to go? It would be a helicopter to the top of the Rockies. Fresh air, powder, adrenaline and spills.

What's your favourite memory? Sailing holidays as a kid. Endless adventures, new destinations every day and eating under the stars every night. 

Who is your inspiration? Wilfred Stoddart: Legend wholesale grocer, humble leader, great dad and a constant source of fun. 

You're on a desert island – what album have you brought with you? Now 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9..

What would be your death-row dinner? Chips and gravy.
