Edge gets smart with four site launches
News

Just as the new-look SMART print publication made its way to 2 million AustralianSuper members last month, Edge simultaneously launched its digital sibling.

Our goal was to create an easily accessible online alternative to the printed bulletin – and we did just that, building a content hub that will accumulate articles, videos and more over time to provide a handy super resource for members.

Like the print publication, the SMART eBulletin is segmented according to member demographics:

startsmart.australiansuper.com

getsmart.australiansuper.com

plansmart.australiansuper.com

smart.australiansuper.com

Four sites, in one simple template, are all individually themed to distinguish them from the others, and each has varying configurations of unique and shared content. To cater for the demands of this very specific project, we built the eBulletin in-house and delivered it as a CMS-driven site. As an added benefit for members, the hub is built responsively and is compatible with smartphones and tablets.

To herald the first issue and drive members to the site, an eDM was sent to more than 500,000 inboxes - a number set to increase as AustralianSuper continues to grow.
