Victor has been involved in the advertising industry for over a decade. Before joining Edge, he worked for some of the most creative agencies in Brazil such as Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB and Isobar where he led several award-winning cases for clients such as Honda, P&G, Intel, Anheuser-Busch InBev. His passion for sharing knowledge also made him a successful lecturer at ESPM - known as the best advertising school in Latin America. Victor has created a website called Desencannes, wrote and published an ads book and has a weird accent. But what he really finds weird is talking about himself in a third person.
Who would play you in a film and why? Brad Pitt. Blond hair, blue eyes, tall, strong, world famous, millionaire and handsome. Just like me. :)
If you were planning a music festival, who – dead or alive – would be your headliner? BB King. I’ve been to all of his concerts in Brazil. I never get tired of listening to Lucille’s strings and his passionate lyrics.
You're given an airplane ticket to anywhere in the world – where do you choose to go (and why)? Could I be given a boat ticket instead? There is no airport in the Amazon Forest. The non-conventional touristic trip I took there changed a lot of concepts in my life and I’d love to go there again.
